SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and contact within two business days. We will ship your custom made corset after 30 business day.If you have any questions feel free to contact our customer service team.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Free FedEx 2-Day Express shipping on U.S. orders over $250.  When applicable, the free FedEx Express shipping will be applied to your order automatically at checkout.

 

FEDEX NOTICERETURNS 

FedEx ships Monday – Friday, so all orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday. For security reasons, online purchases over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx.

    • To expedite the process of receiving the right size or color we recommend placing a second order.
    • Please email: info@lepapilloncouture.com.tw once your order is placed, we can refund your shipping.

RETURNS

To submit a return, contact us by email.

  • Merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a refund.
  • All returns received after 30 days will be credited to a gift card.
  • All U.S. returns using the FedEx return label provided will have $9.00 withheld from their refunded amount for shipping & handling.
  • Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package following the instructions on your packing list. Drop it off at any FedEx Authorized Ship Center.
  • Once we receive the return, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Your refund will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed.  It may take 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
  •  Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Final Sale and warehouse sale items may not be returned.
  • LE PAPILLON COUTURE monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will be responsible for taxes and duties.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  • Please contact customer service with any questions you have about shipping or returns.

PROMOTIONAL CODE

Please add promotional codes in the shopping bag, before checking out. Please adhere to promotional rules, as they change per promotion and region. Only one promotional code may be applied per order.

 

SALES TAX

LE PAPILLON COUTURE is required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address. LE PAPILLON COUTURE also charges sales tax for New York state, depending on your zip code. International customers are subject to country and region specific customs. These figures, or approximate figures subject to change, will be provided at checkout.
